For over 20 years, Marta Stiglin has been providing marketing counsel and organizational leadership to companies across an array of industries. While the challenges those teams face are unique, their need for astute planning and direction is the same.

Marta Stiglin is one of the leading organizational strategists and change agents in the advertising and marketing community, called upon as an expert by publications from Adweek to Campaign to the Wall Street Journal to provide insight into the state of the industry.

Her firm, Stiglin Consulting, was chosen by Business Insider as one of a handful helping big brands take their advertising in house—partnering with corporate marketing and creative agencies to advance their organizational strategies, structures and operating practices to boost the capabilities and contributions of in-house teams.

In addition, Marta is a frequent instructor of various professional development workshops and a guest speaker/session facilitator for a host of industry events nationally. She is also a founding member of the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF), the premier association for corporate advertising, marketing and creative agencies—serving on its Board of Directors for ten years, two as chairman.

Prior to founding her consulting practice, Marta held a director-level position at Bose Corporation where she led the planning and development of marketing communications for the consumer products divisions—overseeing advertising and merchandising for the direct, retail and wholesale channels. Previously, Marta worked on the external agency side, advancing to executive management as lead strategist on numerous blue-chip accounts.
